The meeting opened and President Maggie welcomed Dorothy Milburn, Maggie Mitchell, Sheila Laizans, and Helen Barber to our 30th Anniversary Meeting. Friends Beverley Burnside, Lorraine Murphy and Rick Nelsky were unable to attend, however they sent good wishes and congratulations. President Maggie presented ‘thank you’ cards to Graham Barber, Terry O’Riley, Beryl Noonan, Dorothy Milburn and Vic and Leonie Ryall, for valuable service to the Club over the years. Roslyn Jones, a self proclaimed local girl, was inducted into the Club – welcome. At the end of the formal meeting there was one minute of silence to remember all those club members who are no longer with us. A memorial candle was lit, thankyou Geri.

After the meeting we had cake and then a presentation about the club over the years. Thank you Vic for preparing the presentation, and Marie for narrating.
