Probus Clubs in Australia and New Zealand operate under the umbrella of Probus South Pacific, with offices in Sydney.  Each individual club has a constitution intended to ensure that the character and objectives of the Clubs remain substantially uniform. Annual capitation fees paid to Probus South Pacific cover insurance for members attending all meetings and functions, and offers a number of benefits to members including travel offers and insurance (see Member Benefits Scheme).
